Draft ordinance amending the ordinance of 26 July 2013 transposing Council Directive 2011/16/EU of 15 February 2011 on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation and repealing Directive 77/799/EEC, with a view to the partial transposition of Council Directive 2023/2226/EU of 17 October 2023 amending Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation.
